MTS Modular Tuning System
All Innovate products are completely modular, enabling you to build the perfect tuning system for your needs. The MTS is scalable, and all components share a common digital communications protocol. A simple and common configuration is one LC-1 with an XD-16 gauge for A/F monitoring. An more complex setup might include an LC-1 on every cylinder, a DL-32 for recording, two TC-4's for exhaust gas temperature (or CHT), an AuxBox (LMA-3) for intake and turbo temp, speedo & TPS, and lastly an XD-16 to monitor the data in real-time, display warning conditions, and trigger log sessions. For example:
Innovate's MTS products and kits can be used separately or together to maximize your tuning power. See the Product Grid to compare features and applications of various product combinations, and check out the MTS Example Setups page to see a few more example setups for street, race, and shop tuning.

The LC-1 is a complete wideband controller built into a sealed cable. It features the same award-winning patented digital measurement principal found in the LM-1.

The XD-16 can be configured to display any channel in the MTS chain. The XD-16 also features programmable LED colors, warning, and a remote control button to start and stop log sessions, initiate calibration, or view min/max values.

The DL-32 can record up to 32 channels of data from other MTS devices into a SD memory card. It also offers 5 internal sensors, 3 solenoid/relay outputs, and expansion inputs for future modules.

The LMA-3 (AuxBox) allows a user to log and analyze 5 critical engine metrics. The 5 internal sensors are: 3-Bar MAP/Boost, RPM, Injector Duty Cycle, EGT/CHT, and 2-Axis Accelerometer

The SSI-4 is a 4-channel simple sensor interface for the MTS. It can digitize tach/inductive signals for RPM, frequency, duty cycle, and analog 0-5V inputs.

The TC-4 is a 4-channel thermocouple amplifier with two temperature ranges for exhaust gas temperature (EGT) or cylinder head temperature (CHT).
